Useless reservation

Nice room

My reservation was twin sharing 3 weeks advance and called to follow up the morning before check in and was assured. When we checked in they gave us one king instead saying that's the best they can do. We're attending a conference and sooooo awkward to be sharing a bed with someone u hardly know.

The rooms are well appointed

the service needs to improve significantly. I understand that the property has only been operating for a short period so perhaps the hitches will be fixed soon. Reservation details were not followed and my colleagues had issues getting replenishments for toiletries and other consumables.

The rooms are new and everything is working well.

Their reservation processing needs to improve significantly. We have already noted down our requirements and our booking specifically have 2 rooms with twin beds in it. Once in the property we were informed that they can only provide 1 room with two beds and one room with a queen sized bed good for two people. While this might not seem like a big deal, two co-workers of different gender/ sex will not be comfortable sharing the same bed. Also, replenishing used up toiletries and toilet paper is not done regularly. You have inform them that you ran out of supplies and remind them repeatedly before they deliver the consumables to your room. This can be mildly irritating of you are staying for more than three days.

Good hotel

Unbelievably comfortable beds, good bathroom, swimming pool, nearby facilities.

Even though it's SKYloft, we were staying on the 5th floor with the view on a construction side. But the biggest issue was a horrible smell in the room and 24 hours loud music in the hallway.

Mediocre

Location, comfortable, good if you need a place to stay near UST All in all, it was good. It’s okay, mediocre.

The hotel is in an awkward location if you want to travel hard, very hard to book a grab, needed to go to España to grab one. Our first room (room 601) was terrible, looked like a horror house and wasn’t completely furnished. I requested another room, room 810. It was nice, but the sheets smelled like wet dog (sheets probably wasn’t dried properly)

I like the location.

I like the location. I like the room, the size is just enough and the bathroom comes with a hot and cold shower.

First, I came in thinking I can use my credit card to pay, but they don’t accept credit cards maybe bec they are new. But it is not stated here on their profile. Also, the staffs are rude and they don’t do what they are supposed to do. We places the “make our room” tag on the door around 7 in the morning for them to clean up and to provide fresh towels and toiletries, we arrived to a still messy room in the evening around 9:00. I called the front desk to have it cleaned. She told me she can’t do anything about it bec the evening duty staff for the house keeping would still be available around 10 pm. So we just asked for fresh towels, she once again told me she can’t give me the towels immediately bec they don’t have a staff to do it (in a very impatient tone already). Note: I did not even raise my voice even if I was so annoyed on how she spoke to me bec I know how it feels to be at the front desk. But I will definitely leave this here for all of you to be aware. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE, AVOID THIS HOTEL. Lastly, in case you get lost, they don’t have signages to locate their front desk. It is on the 30th floor of the building.

The restroom was not clean and it has a smell.

The restroom was not clean and it has a smell. There were no bathroom floor mats to keep the restroom dry and clean. No bedroom slippers. Few cable channels. Light switches were not working; we slept with the lights turned on.

Very very cold.

Comfortable large bed and good view.

Its a new hotel so some things didn’t work, like TV, phone and no remote for air conditioner. The room was freezing and I could not adjust it or turn it off.

Very comfortable bed, excellent air con, fantastic bathroom.

Very noisy - loud music/singing from the room next door every night. Also next to busy road so constant traffic/horns sounding. Staff were not helpful, asked for a taxi to our day tour and they hadn’t booked it so we ended up being late. Also enquiried about any cookery classes in Manila and they said they weren’t any... We found one ourselves. We had day tours often so slept in then left the room after midday. Stayed for 4/5 nights and room didn’t get cleaned once.
